Return and Exchange Policy
At Furrests, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Pet Accessories
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for all pet accessories (beds, collars, leashes, bowls, etc.).
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Hygiene: For the safety of all our furry customers, accessories that show signs of wear, pet hair, or odor cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Pet Food (Wet Food and Dry Food)
Due to the perishable nature of pet food and health safety standards, returns for wet food and dry food are strictly governed by the following eligibility criteria:
Unopened and Sealed: Items must be in their original, untampered packaging with seals completely intact.
Non-Returnable: Once a can or pouch has been opened, it is universally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Timeframe: Returns or exchanges for eligible wet food must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
3. General Requirements
To process any return or exchange, please ensure:
You have a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
The request is made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
The items are returned in the same condition you received them.
4. How to Start a Return

Our team will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
