What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to get your pet’s essentials to you as fast as we can! All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. You will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours, please email us at care@petpampr.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Please refer our return and exchange policy. For pet accessories, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. For pet food, items can only be returned within 48 hours if they are completely unopened with seals intact.
Please check our Return & Exchange Policy for more details. You must ship the item back at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected the product, we will process your refund. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is already on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already been dispatched, please wait to receive it and use our return system to request a refund according to our return policy.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and we'll do the rest. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at care@petpampr.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission if the order has already been shipped to the provided address.
How long does shipping take?
Within the UAE: We offer Same-Day Delivery for Dubai and Sharjah, and Next-Day Delivery for all other cities (remote locations may take 2–3 working days).
Gulf Shipping: We dispatch the same day, and delivery generally takes within 4 working days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
